ICU Command Center
Customer matching now accepts partial names and lets you choose between matches. Say “Ivy, create a work order for [existing customer] tomorrow at 8 AM, assign Tom and Joe” or “create a task to follow up on the inspection for Josh on Friday.” Ivy will read back the draft and wait for Yes or No before saving. Work orders default to one hour; edit the duration in ICU if needed.

Ivy uses an ElevenLabs female voice when available, with your iPhone voice as backup. Choose a voice below to override the automatic choice. ElevenLabs natural female voice is preferred; iPhone voice is the backup.

Siri Shortcut: In iPhone Shortcuts, create “Talk to Ivy” with Open URLs using your Ivy website address followed by ?launch=voice. iOS may require tapping Start Conversation for microphone access. Not yet connected: calendar event editing, booking and purchasing. Ivy automatically restores existing ICU and calendar sessions and requests location when opened. iOS may require location permission again; expired ICU sessions require reconnecting. Your existing scheduled ChatGPT briefings are separate.
